RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Acceptance of unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of purchase for return or exchange.
• Include a copy of the invoice and state the return reason on the Return/Exchange form.
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs via traceable delivery (courier or registered post).
• Non-refundable delivery charges.
• Refund requests processed within 7 working days of receiving return products.
• Ship all returns to Al Bari at Block K Gulberg 2, City Tower Lahore, Shop no 1 A, Mezzanine floor.
• Ensure that both the item(s) to be returned and the Return Form are included with the shipment.
